Apache Sprayer

HERE is a picture of a Apache Sprayer.

The Apache AS1220 is equipped with a 1,200 gallon tank capacity. The boom availability comes with 80, 90, or 100 ft. option. The fuel capacity is roughly 100 gallons. The base price for the Apache ranges from $124,000- $180,000. A plus that comes with the Apache is the fuel economy that it has. The problem that I have with the Apache is the side entrance. The problem with this is it is very easy to hit your head on the booms when the operator is getting into the sprayer. I would rate the Apache a 2 out of 5 due to the small size and in capabilities it has compared to its competitors.

Agco RoGator

Pictured here is the Agco RoGator sprayer. The picture can be found HERE

This is the new 2012 Rogator sprayer. All RoGator models have a proven drivetrain system, AgcoPower 8.4 liter diesel engine. The suspension makes headland turning easier and transfers less motion to the cab. AGCO's new product line features improved hood design, mirrors, lighting, cab noise reduction and back up alarm. With the new RG1100 and RG1300 models, you can switch from liquid applications to dry fertilizers. The holding capacity for the liquid tanks range from 900-1300 gallons. The dry fertilizer capacity ranges from 150-300 cubic ft. Depending on size, cost ranges from $110,000 to over $200,000. To me, the RoGator is a 3 out of 5. The new features that are available are nice but just don't cut it for my standards.

John Deere Sprayer

HERE you can find a picture of a 4730 John Deere Sprayer.

The John Deere 4730 sprayer is the ideal sprayer to get the job done. The options that come with the 4730 makes it the most reliable sprayer on the market. The 100 ft. booms makes it easy to cover ground as well as fit into those tight fields with the ability to fold into 60 ft. booms. The 800 gallon tank makes it easy to cover crops without having to re-fill the solution tank several times in those large, open fields. The most different feature the 4730 has is the independent strut-type spring suspension. This allows for a much smoother ride through rough fields. Every John Deere sprayer is backed with the Power Guard protection plan warranty that   helps cut down on those costly repair bills. Not only are you buying a warranty, your paying for the best of the best in the industry.
